Experience:
Flavia has over 25 years of professional experience, acting in several areas of civil and commercial law, including arbitration, judicial and administrative litigation, and preventive counseling.
In the litigation area, Flavia represents clients of various sectors of the economy, such as infrastructure, railway transport, energy, copyrights, shopping centers, food and beverage, steel, pharmaceutical, entertainment, among other industries.
In the preventive counseling area, her practice comprises due diligence for the purchase and sale of assets and investments in several lines of business, legal opinions, and drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including inter alia turnkey, software licensing and representation, and supply of products and services agreements.
Flavia is a member of the roster of arbitrators of the Brazilian Center of Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA, of the Business Arbitration Chamber – CAMARB and of the FGV Mediation and Arbitration Chamber.
